- I am a former Vice President of Curriculum and Content Development, whose team doubled the amount of employees using our LXP (learning experience platform) and LMS monthly.
- During my tenure, I created dozens of eLearning courses, job aids, and pathways for a variety of departments, including Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources, Compliance, and Risk Management.
- As a project manager, I led my team in creating systems training for various Oracle solutions, including Credit Management, Recruiting, Sales & Operations Planning, and Supply Chain Management.
- Before working in the private sector, I was a public school ESL teacher for six years, so I understand the challenges that are unique to both industry and academia.
- I have a BA in English from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Masters in Education from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN.
- I live in Wake Forest, North Carolina, with my wonderful wife, Brittany, and our four terrific…and highly energetic kids!
